We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spode collection, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure pieces are securely packed to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap your stoneware or porcelain in the original protective padding and box to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
