How should I care for my Spode dinnerware to ensure it lasts?
Most of our collections, including Blue Italian and Stafford Flowers, are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. We recommend using a gentle cycle and non-abrasive detergents to maintain the glaze and intricate patterns.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping for fragile ceramics?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We use specialized, reinforced packaging to ensure your porcelain and earthenware arrive safely. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to receive a complimentary replacement.
Are Spode products oven-safe?
Many of our items are oven-to-table safe up to 400°F (200°C). However, we recommend checking the specific product description or the stamp on the bottom of the piece, as gold or platinum-rimmed items should never be used in the oven or microwave.
